The RCE + Hazard + Permits bundle covers all three for 7 tokens instead of 9, and All Stage 2 covers every report for 23 instead of 30.

Purchase a top-up bundle: $15 for 32 tokens, $30 for 67, $50 for 118, or $100 for 250. Larger bundles have a better per-token rate, and admins can set spending caps.
